Take a journey inward through exploring conscious movement and mindfulness. Allow this journey to awaken the body, mind, and spirit creating a deep connection with your intuition and your bodys natural abilities to heal itself. Experience your body in its comfortable, relaxed, and naturally radiant form. This gentle work out begins with breath work to center & connect, followed by about an hour of mindful meditative movement to stretch, strengthen, balance, and open, ending with a deep relaxation.

All levels, from beginners to experienced, are welcome.

Cost: $12 Drop-In, Class Pass Available
