Pending Applications

The City of Worcester has received and is actively reviewing the following Certified Project applications.  The content of these applications, which are standardized forms issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, is solely provided by and represent the request of the applicant.  These requested tax increment financing plans are subject to the recommendation of the City Administration and the approval of the Worcester City Council and are therefore open to future modification or rejection.  The City does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided.  Since these are private projects under internal programmatic review, the City will not answer any questions related to the content or status of these applications.  All applications require the final approval of the Commonwealth’s Economic Assistance Coordinating Council (EACC).
