Worcester is equidistant to Boston, Springfield, Providence, and Hartford, and is at the crossroads of several major routes, including the Mass Pike (I-90), I-290, I-190, I-395 and Routes 146 and 20.

Public Transportation: Worcester Regional Transit Authority's bus routes carry an average of 20,000 passengers each day, equal to 4.5 million riders per year.
