Worcester Windows December 2007-February 2008

The winter Worcester Windows exhibit ran from November 30th, 2007 – February 29, 2008 and featured the following artists and organizations:

Worcester Artist Group presents the work of artist David Madsen, and his exhibit Parts & Pieces, assemblages of found objects.

Worcester Polish Heritage Federation will present the work of several Polish-American artists, including Monique Surdyka (oil painting and sculpture), Szymon Tolak (photography)Mattew Bisceglia (sculpture), Kathy Blackmer (glass), and Joanna Wrobel-Lorens (sculpture).

Independent Artist Group will feature a page form the forthcoming Laurel comic book depicting the adventures of a 10-year-old girl in Worcester by cartoonist Brian Nelson; the Fire Works Clay Studio will present work by Barbara Shank Wilson and June LeDuc; Susan Champeny presents Creative City Celebrates, a series of fun and colorful large painting depicting her unique vision of Worcester based on drawings she did in preparation for the wayfinder mosaic recently installed at Federal Square;
